Cremation Arrangements for Johnnie Garvin, age 72, of Omaha, TX  are being held under the direction of Curry- Welborn Funeral Home. 

Johnnie was born on December 21,1948, in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Edgar and Easter Laney. 

She is survived by her son Kenneth Garvin and wife Johanna; son-in-law, Lewis Richards; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Judy Harris and Jackie Thompson; brothers, Frank Laney and Eddie Laney, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edgar and Easter Laney; husband, Dale Garvin; daughters, Lana Richards, Rebecca Garvin and sister Georgia Gothard.
