Alonda Gay Vanhoose, age 55, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, passed suddenly in Tyler, TX, on April 17, 2024.
Alonda is survived by her son, Christopher Lance Nelson, daughters; Lacie Nichole Reynolds, Leslie Marie Reynolds, grandchildren; Kade, Ava, Eliana, Colby, Hope August, and her brother, Troy Peacock. She is also survived by numerous other family members and her special friend, Roland Carpenter.
Alonda is preceded in death by her mother, Clara Lou Peacock.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Robert's Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
