Catherine Simmons

Catherine L. Simmons, age 62, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014 in Mt. Pleasant. She was born on October 20, 1951 in Newport Arkansas to George and Oma Mae Webb- Duty. She married Andrew Simmons on December 22, 1965 in Newport Arkansas.
She is survived by her family, her husband Andrew Simmons of Mt. Pleasant, her daughter, Gina Dunning of Mt. Pleasant, her son, Tony Simmons, of Mt. Pleasant her granddaughters; Krystle Scroggins of Sulphur Springs, and Shayna Simmons of Mt. Pleasant her grandsons Alex Copeland of Mt. Pleasant, and Joshua Simmons of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; Micah Copeland of Mt. Pleasant, Collin McKee of Sulphur Springs, and Greyson Scroggins of Sulphur Springs.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
