Charles E. “Gramps” Peacock, age 69, of Mount Pleasant, Texas passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021. Funeral services will be held at Curry- Welborn Funeral Home Monday, November 22, 2021 at 1:00pm, with interment to follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be held at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home Sunday November 21, 2021 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
He was born on August 8, 1952 in Texarkana, Texas to George Peacock and Eva Cress. Charles married Brenda Holcomb on August 12, 1972. Charles enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and was a member of Christian Faith Baptist Church
He is survived by his wife; Brenda Peacock, Son; Jeff Peacock and his fiancé Heather Goodwin, daughter; Jennifer Waldrum and husband Michael, grandchildren; Tristan Peacock, Jacob Waldrum, and Emma Waldrum, Sister; Evett Pilgrim and husband Gary.
He is preceded in death by his parents; George Peacock and Eva Peacock sister; Robbin (Peacock) Smith, and his step father Fred Kelley
