Charles Amiel Reick Jr.

Charles Ameil Reick Jr., age 75, of Mount Pleasant, TX, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 peacefully at home.

Charles was born in Pontiac, Illinois to Charles Reick and Boniata (Kennedy) Wilson. He married the love of his life, Margaret Reick in Ft. Devens, Massachusetts on August 25, 1973. They were married for 52 years. Charles served 20 years in the United States Army. After he retired from the Army, he became a Social Studies teacher and taught at Copperas Cove ISD and Mount Pleasant ISD.

Charles is survived by his wife Margaret, his two children; Teresa Huggins of Ft. Worth, TX and Michael Reick (Lexi) of Pasadena, MD. and his two grandchildren.

The family will be holding a celebration of life at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pittsburg, TX on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
