Le sobreviven su esposa Guadalupe Castillo; hermana, Esperanza Gonzalez Castillo; hijos, Juan Castillo, Jaime Castillo, Delfino Castillo Jr., Jorge Castillo, María Elena Castillo, Estela Castillo, Guadalupe Castillo, Reyna Castillo, Carmela Castillo, Socorro Castillo y numerosos sobrinos ,sobrinas nietos y nietas. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres Emilia Castillo y Antonio Castillo; hermano, Antonio Castillo, Luis Castillo, hermana, Socorro Castillo.
