Donald Billups

Donald Wayne Billups, age 69, of Mt. Pleasant TX, passed away peacefully at the hospital on Saturday, October 7, 2017. Wayne was born on June 30, 1948 in Orville, WA., to Jason Otto Billups and Edna Catherine Billups. Wayne was a Baptist and was retired for many years from his own home remodeling business. He was a man who loved God and his family. He is survived by his wife Debbie of 18 years of Mt. Pleasant TX., his daughters Angela Lowery and husband Chris of Longview, TX, Hayley Minton and husband Tom Minton of Coppell, TX and Tricia Taylor and significant other Nicole Ewalt of Commerce, TX., Michelle Hickman and husband Steve of Nokesville, VA, son Jason Zunk, Sister-in-law Sandra Billups of Mt. Pleasant, many grandchildren, one great grandson and another about to be born, several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Lloyd and a sister Kay.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 2:00pm at the New Beginnings Baptist Church, 21 CR 1350, Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455.
