Doris Janice Tippit

A graveside service for Janice Tippit will be held at the Coopers Chapel Cemetery on April 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. There will be a one-hour viewing before the service.

Doris Janice Tippit passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband, Edward Tippit, her children, Bubba Collier, Mark Tippit and wife Rhonda, Rodney Tippit, and Laura McClendon and husband Phil, as well as her grandson, Dakota Freeman, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marie Freeman, and three of her sons, Johnny Freeman, Lee Collier, and Cody Collier.

Janice was a kind and caring person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
