Edith Gibson

Edith Gibson, age 78, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, passed away on May 23, 2022, in Tyler, Texas. Edith was born on July 9, 1943, in Cookville, Texas to parents Ted Rosewell and Lola Reynolds. Edith was married to the love of her life Fred for 40 years.

Edith is survived by her son, Gary Gibson; her daughter, Martha Gibson and husband, Adrian Galicia; her daughter, Edie Parker; her daughter, Patty Gibson and husband, Frankie Gilmore; her daughter, Rene Cochran; her brother Cleburb Rosewell; her sister, Shirley Thomas; 11 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Lola Rosewell; her husband, Fred Gibson; her brother, J.W. Rosewell; her brother, Clenon Rosewell; her grandchild, Rocky Gonzales; her great-grandchild, Jackson Clary; and her great-grandchild, Kaelan Smith.
