Funeral Service for Ethan Alan Stephens, age 23, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with Rev. John Greene officiating. Visitation will be held at 2:00 P.M. prior to service. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery in Mount Pleasant, Texas with Eric Stephens, Bobby Walker, Ben Walker, David Rogers, Rhett Rogers, Reggie Brinkley serving as pallbearers.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ethan Alan Stephens, a beloved son, grandson, and friend, on November 10, 2025, at the age of 23. Ethan's life was a testament to love, laughter, and gentleness that touched the lives of everyone who knew him. His kindness and soft spirit will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of sharing in his journey.

Ethan Alan Stephens was born on August 11, 2002, to Eric Alan Stephens and Eran Lynn Walker in Mount Pleasant, Texas. He was working at Sonic.

Ethan was a dedicated son to his mother, Eran Walker, and his father, Eric Stephens. He is lovingly survived by his mother, his father, his grandparents, Sharon Walker and Bobby and Cynthia Walker, and his uncle, Ben Walker. Ethan's aunt, Cara Rogers, and her husband, David Rogers, along with his cousins, Keller, Rhett, and DJ Rogers, held a special place in his heart. Ethan's family was his greatest source of joy, and his bond with his mom was unbreakable.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sally Stephens, his great-grandparents, Buster & Hawtence Walker and John & Wanda Greene.

Ethan loved exploring the world around him. Whether it was embarking on new hobbies, sharing a laugh with friends, or simply spending time with family, he embraced life with a wholehearted enthusiasm that will never be forgotten.

In this time of sorrow, we take comfort knowing that Ethan's light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved him. His memory will forever remain in the stories we share, the laughter he left behind, and the love he gave so freely.
