Francis Wesley Hall

A Celebration of Life for Francis Wesley Hall, age 28, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

Frank passed away peacefully at home on October 30, with his family by his side after a lifelong battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. His strength, courage, and faith in God touched everyone that knew him.

Frank did not let his disease define him. Frank graduated Summa Cum Laude in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with an emphasis in Astrophysics, and a second major in Mathematics from Texas A&M University Commerce. Frank received his associate degree from Northeast Texas Community College and was a 2015 graduate of Paul H. Pewitt High School. Frank was working to complete graduate degrees in both Math and Physics.

Frank had a love for his family, his friends, his pets and most importantly Jesus.

Frank had a big heart, a vibrant personality and a strong will to persevere.

Frank was born on May 27, 1997, to Thad and Margaret Hall of Mt. Pleasant, TX.

Frank is survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister, Lance and Megan Hall of Mt. Pleasant, TX, Louis and Colleen Hall of Austin, TX and Grace Hall and Terry Gist of Jacksonville, AR. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Terry and Kelly Hall, of Conroe, TX, Kim and Tracy Fisher of Lake St Louis, MO, and Cathy and Tom Zimmerman of Eldridge, IA. Frank had a very special love for his nieces, Adaline Hall of Mt. Pleasant, TX and Scottie Hall of Austin, TX.

Frank is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thad and Jane Hall of Omaha, TX and Nelson and Ruth Hamrick of Bella Vista, AR.
