James R. Leach, age 85, of Mt. Vernon TX., passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 in Mt. Pleasant. James was born on February 6, 1931 in Lockney TX., to James W. and Luna L. Massengale Leach. He married Linda Hallis on May 15, 2003 in Mt. Vernon TX., he was a retired auto parts salesman and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Cremation services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.
