James Perkins, Sr.

James A. Perkins Sr., age 74, of Mt. Pleasant TX., passed away on September 25, 2015. Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at the Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
James was born on February 8, 1941, and was a retired worker for Pilgrim's Pride.
He is survived by his wife Esther Perkins of Mt. Pleasant TX., son, James Perkins Jr. of Mt. Pleasant TX., and two grandchildren; James Perkins III and Kolby James Perkins of Mt. Pleasant TX. He is also survived by his brothers; Eddie Perkins of San Antonio TX., and Gene Perkins of Austin TX., and Harry Perkins of San Antonio TX., and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Della Perkins of San Antonio TX.
