Jessica Smith-Moreland, age 20, of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013 in Dallas. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Phillips-Taylor Cemetery in Cookville, Texas with Pastor Dave Anderson officiating. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
