Jo Coil

Jo Coil, age 67, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 in Tyler, Texas. Mrs. Coil was born July 24, 1947 in Avery, TX, to James Lester Kelley and Annie Selena McGregor. She was a member of the Women's Missionary Auxiliary of BMA of Texas and member of the First Baptist Church in Talco.

She is survived by her two sons, David Zimmerman of Mount Pleasant, and Darren Coil of Fort Worth; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Kent Skeen of Mount Pleasant; grandson, Garrett Coil of Fort Riley, KS; granddaughter, Jordan Coil, Grand Rapids, MI; granddaughter, Logann Coil of Fort Worth; grandson, Landon Skeen of Mount Pleasant; granddaughter, Lauren Skeen of Mount Pleasant; six sisters, Sue Cobb of Avery; Joyce and Oliver Perschke of Lake Bluff, IL; Barbara Kelley of Irving, TX; Geneva Owen of Powderly, TX; Marie Denniston of Gary, TX; Edith Fredrick of Indiana; and sister-in-law, Kathy Kelley of McHenry, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Lee Coil; parents, Lester and Selena Kelley; brother James C. Kelley; and brother-in-law, Doug Cobb.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home from 6pm-8pm. Service will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Talco at 2pm, with interment to follow at Bridges Chapel Cemetery.
