John Orrin Weatherall

Celebration of life for John Orrin Weatherall, age 76, of Talco, TX, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Calvary Baptist Church in Talco, TX.

John Weatherall went home to be with the Lord on January 19, 2026 in Tyler, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Elsie Weatherall of Talco, Texas, and his brother Roger Weatherall of Talco, Texas.

John is survived by his devoted wife, Becky Weatherall, and his four sons: Jeremy Weatherall and wife Andrea of Allen, Texas; Justin Weatherall and wife Amanda of Melissa, Texas; Josh Weatherall and wife Ashlee of Talco, Texas; Colton Weatherall of Talco, Texas; and his beloved grand-dog Stewie Weatherall.

He leaves behind a cherished legacy through his grandchildren: Jessica Weatherall; Jerrica Weatherall; Hailey Dockery and husband Chris; Phylicia Meeks; Keaton Weatherall and fiancé Emily, Kadence Weatherall, Averie and Braden Williams; Bailee Weatherall; Addison Weatherall; and his great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Kayden Dockery.

John was elated to connect with his biological family in 2000. He spoke with pride at every mention of his siblings; The Netherlands.

John proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1969 until discharge in 1975. Following his military service, John dedicated over six years working at TRMC as a medic, he continued his career as a safety man on the pipelines until retirement in 2017. After his retirement John worked with pride as he strived to obtain the best yard of Talco, Texas.

John had a unique way of making people smile—sometimes even giving them a little gray hair. He lived an active life and excelled in bowling and golf, two of his greatest passions. Known for his humor, strength, and unwavering love for his family, John will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. John and Roger are now mowing the lawns of Heaven.
