Joy E. Winkle age 75, of Winnsboro, TX passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 in Tyler, TX. She is survived by her brother, John C. Ince and wife Shirley of Kingwood; daughter, Leah Q. Cabell and husband Martin of Talco; daughter Toni Qualls and husband Carl of Houston; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents John C. and Della Ince; brother Fred Ince; sister Peggy Blackmon and son Coach John T. Qualls Sr.
