Kathy Lynn Blalock Wisener

 A graveside service for Kathy Wisener will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 4 pm at Gladewater Cemetery.

Kathy Lynn Wisener Blalock passed away on April 11, 2023, in Mount Pleasant, Texas, at the age of 71. Kathy was born on September 8, 1951, to Doyce Ray and Kathryn Stewart Blalock in Mount Pleasant, Texas.

Kathy attended Mount Pleasant High School and was a member of Gladewater Baptist Church.

Kathy always enjoyed traveling with her husband, Lee, working on the road, and making new friends. She loved sitting outside under the shade tree with her dogs and listening to old country music. Her most favorite thing was to go north to the casino and play the penny slots.

Kathy is survived by her daughter, Tammy King; grandsons Justin Franks, Jake King, and Colter Franks; and great grandchildren, Garrett Franks, Gunner Franks, Blake Franks, Tatum Franks, Rhett Franks, Nicole King, and Kade King. She is also survived by her aunt, Dorothy Harris, and stepsons John and Paul Wisener.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Doyce and Kathryn Blalock; her husband, Homer Lee Wisener; her son, Timothy Franks; her grandson, John Wayne King; and her brother, Wayne Blalock.
