She is survived by her four children, Jacob McCollum, Keeley McCollum, Levi McCollum, and Skylar McCollum.
She is preceded in death by her parent Willie Bob and Betty Jean Kay, and her husband Pedro Martinez.
Cremation services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funerals and Cremations.
