Octavio Bonilla Ugalde, age 15, of Cookville passed away Saturday September 15, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday September 18, 2012 at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Edwards Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
