Omar Diaz

Omar Zachary Diaz, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 in Camp County. Services will be held 2 P.M., Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home with Father John Gomez officiating. Interment will follow at Edwards Cemetery.
Omar was born December 3, 2014 in Mount Pleasant to Kimberly Mata and Billy Diaz.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Irene and Gumaro Mata, and Clara and Martin Diaz; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
