September 16, 1934 — August 21, 2012
Rene LeClaire, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2012 in Tyler. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be held Friday, the 24th, from 6 to 8 PM at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Rene was born on September 16, 1934 in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, to Gustavo and Soledad LeClaire.
He is survived by two sons, Carlos LeClaire and Rene LeClaire Jr.; one daughter, Jacqueline L. Patterson; sister Laura Estella Morales; and four grandchildren; Keenon LeClaire, Isabel LeClaire, Janelle Patterson and Kyle Patterson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Ervin LeClaire.
