Ron Coleman

Ron Coleman, age 73 of Mt Pleasant, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Mt. Pleasant. Family visitation will be held Monday, July 18, 2016 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home in Mt Pleasant from 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Ron was born in Gorman, Texas on August 28, 1942 to Verne and Billie Coleman and he married Diana Marie Kelly on July 5, 1980 in Clinton, Ky. Ron was a retired Airline Line Pilot for China Airlines and loved the sky, he was a member of Greenhill United Methodist Church, served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and was a member of the Civil Air Patrol.
Ron is survived by his wife Diana Coleman, his children;, Rickey Coleman and wife Angie of Alma MI, Tonya Pinnell and husband Eddie of Schertz TX, and Natalie Savige and husband Matt of Godwin Beach, Queensland Australia, his grandchildren, Jeremy Coleman and wife Lindsey, Paige Coleman, Austin Coleman, Taylor Pinnell and wife Kelly Ann, Colin Pinnell, Lila Savige, and Max Savige and three great-grandsons. He is also survived by his brother Mick Coleman and wife Dee of Denver CO. as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Verne and Billie Coleman.
