Sara Phelps 75, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on April 21, 2017, in Mt. Pleasant. Sara was born on July 8, 1941, to Franklin Powell and Ethel Carol in St. Louis Missouri.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
