Tonya Hearn-Chapman

Tonya E. Hearn Chapman, age 52, of Leesburg passed away Sunday October 28, 2012 at the Presbyterian Hospital in Winnsboro. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday October 31, 2012 at Living Word Church in Leesburg with Bro. Ronald Witcher officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Spence, Troy Spence, T.J. Noe, DaMarcus Hearn, Christopher Beckham, Scott Stasney, Ty Evans and Floyd Favors. Brian Spence is honorary pallbearer. Services are under the direction of Curry-Welborn Funeral Home.
Ms. Chapman was born July 12, 1960 in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of James V. Hearn and Bettye L. Jordan. Tonya was a L.V.N at the Pittsburg Nursing Center. She has been a nurse since 1985 and loved to help others.
She is survived by two sisters, Beverly Noe and husband Tom of Longview; and Jeanna Hearn and Kenneth Moss of Longview; nieces and nephews, James Spence and Charlotte Wallis, Troy and Emilie Spence, Brian Spence, Cristy and Scott Stasney, Christopher and Ashley Beckham, T.J. Noe, DaMarcus Hearn and Malakaia Bunbury and Ty Evans and Miranda Trimble. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bettye Hearn; a niece, Rachell Spence, a great niece, Alexandria Spence; an uncle, Nelo Tedford and an aunt, Marguerite Marshall.
