William Goins

William Arnold Douglas Goins age 84, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 in Mt. Pleasant, TX. He was born on July 9, 1934 in Atlanta, GA to Arnold and Julia Ewell Goins. He served proudly in the United States Air Force for 32 years.
He is survived by his wife Doris Goins, children, Rance W. Goins and wife Carolyn, Roy A. Goins and wife Kim, Robert A. Goins and wife Betty, Russell D. Goins, Rebecca J. Harris, Rose A. Engel and husband William, as well as 22 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by 2 grandchildren.
A funeral will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Church of God of Prophecy in Cookville, TX at 2:00 PM. A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM before the service at the church.
