Chearl “Alvin” Dyke, age 46, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, passed away on May 1st, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Alvin was born on March 24, 1976, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, to Steven and Lorraine Dyke.  Alvin married the love of his life Billie, on December 22, 1995 in Pittsburg, Texas.

Alvin is survived by his wife, Billie Dyke;, children;, Chey Strube and husband Aaron, Stephanie Ellis and husband Christian, Johnathan and Christopher Dyke, his mother, Lorraine Flanagan, Father Steven Dyke and his wife Jeannie, sister, Rachel Hernandez, brothers, Steven Dyke Jr. and Donald Flanagan Jr. Grandchildren;, Evelyn Strube, Rylee and Clark Ellis, Jesslin and Diana Morris, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.

Alvin was preceded in death by his Grandparents; Carolyn Dyke, Bill Price, Audrey and Robert Ward, and his aunts, Tawana Dyke and Carol Ward.

A visitation for Alvin will be held on Tuesday, May 03, 2022 from 10:00 -12:00 P.M. at Curry Welborn Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. After visitation cremation arrangements will be held under the direction of Curry Welborn Funeral Home.

A family led Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 5th, 2022, at Trinity Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Texas beginning at 4:00 P.M. The family is accepting donations at the Church service.
